What We Did
Built a three-tier motivation system with a PWA app and instant payouts.
For sales reps and DIY store staff — instant payments for photo reports. Proper product placement, POS materials positioned, photo taken — money arrives. Extra bonuses for increased shipments during off-season (Q3-Q4).
For designers — two mechanics. First: confirmed product usage on projects (photo + receipt) — direct payout to card or phone. Second: referral program. Brought a new designer into the program — earned a bonus.
Everything automated. Photo reports uploaded, verified, money transferred instantly. Integration with manufacturer's CRM for data validation.
Result
DIY chain sales grew 18% in Q3 vs Q2. Correct product placements increased 47%. 92% of sales reps actively use the app.
143 new designers joined through referrals. Confirmed product usage on projects grew 41%. Existing designer loyalty increased 55%.
Most importantly — seasonality overcome. Off-season water-based paint sales grew 23%. Market share in Urals and Siberia increased 8%.
